Refund and Returns Policy

If the seal is not broken

Customer can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one of same or lesser price.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

 

If the seal is not broken

Customer cannot return or replace the same product twice and the same customer cannot return more than 3 products.

 

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Serial Number/Batch Number is tampered
  • Product has been consumed more than 20%
